不知道有多少人知道N.T.Wright替新約撰寫，由Westminster John Knox Press出版的「For Everyone」系列？ 例如：Matthew For Everyone, etc。
翻譯成中文的有友友文化出版的福音書系列（馬太、路加、約翰），中文書名為《真的是這樣？！》，各大基督教書房均有販售。或網路訂購。
N.T.Wright在撰寫這套叢書時的理念是，自己從希臘文翻譯和分段，並用淺白的文字和嶄新的眼光來導引讀者閱讀。既適合個人靈修也適合小組討論。（稍嫌可惜的是，友友文化在出版時，並未把N.T. Wright翻譯的經文譯成中文，而是選擇將之與和合本經文並置。）
對於許多基督徒而言（當然也包括我自己在內），相較於新約，舊約應該更需要「真的是這樣」系列吧！令人無比雀躍的是，現在終於找到舊約領域中可與N.T. Wright等量齊觀的學者願意「撩落去」了：John Goldingay。
不知道Goldlingay是哪位嗎？他目前是富勒神學院（Fuller Theological Seminary）的舊約教授，著作等身（Amazon's bibliography、online-teaching-material）又兼具學識和文采，說故事的功力更是一流。由他來寫作Old Testament for Everyone實在是再適合不過了！

Dr. Goldingay 於自己的教學網頁上擺置了OT for Everyone系列的Word檔，我想應該是可以自由下載的，有興趣的朋友可以免費閱讀！

回覆刪除Although i do not agree with him everything he says, sometimes his points are "disturbingly right"... I think i can say his view of God is Open Theism. You'll become one if you like him too much, haha.
Oh, I think to be a huge fan of someone is not a good news...because I may accept all his/her opinions, and we know that no one is perfect.
回覆刪除I like Dr. Goldingay's words because he tells something real -- real about the Scripture, faith, and life, etc. Also for his interpreting approach is multiple and diversity, and he use literal criticism as his major approach.
Finally, an open God...why not if the Scripture just said so?
Dr. Goldingay is certainly unique in his way of teaching and interpreting the Biblt. He is very much like Jesus, using illustration close to our lives and hearts. I like Goldingay in the sense that his thoughts stretch me.
回覆刪除Actually, I have quite strong color of Open Theism. But i'm still in the process of exploring who this God is so will not put myself in a certain box.
